Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the sales workspace collects, how the service uses Google-connected data, and what controls customers have over their information.

Last updated: March 30, 2026

What the workspace does

The sales workspace helps teams manage outreach workflows, organize target organizations, draft campaign messaging, and create Gmail drafts through a connected Google account when the workspace owner enables Gmail integration.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the product, including:

Account and workspace data, such as your name, email address, team membership, campaign settings, organization records, contact records, message drafts, routing rules, send history, click tracking events, and unsubscribe events.

Google account connection data, such as the connected Gmail address, OAuth tokens, label identifiers, message identifiers, and related operational metadata needed to send mail on behalf of your workspace.

Basic service logs and security data used to monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

Provide the product and store campaign, organization, and team data.

Generate, edit, route, send, and track outreach campaigns that you choose to run.

Authenticate users, secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose product issues.

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Google API and Gmail data use

When you connect Gmail, the sales workspace uses Google API data only to support the Gmail features you explicitly enable inside the app. That includes authenticating the connection, refreshing access, sending email on your behalf, applying campaign labels, and recording related delivery metadata.

The sales workspace does not use Gmail data for advertising, does not sell Gmail data, and does not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as required to operate the service or comply with law.

The sales workspace does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Storage and security

We store product data using infrastructure and service providers selected to operate the application. Gmail refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. Access to operational data is limited to the systems and workflows required to deliver the product.

No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and product controls to protect stored information.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure and software providers that help operate the product, including authentication, hosting, database, and email-related vendors.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the service and its users.

We do not sell personal information collected through the sales workspace.

Retention and control

Workspace data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service and maintain campaign history, unless deletion is requested or the account is removed.

Gmail access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Gmail integration in the product or by revoking the app in your Google account settings.
